No data regarding bank cards is ever stored by Wooskill, except for the last 4 digits.
Wooskill does not sell or rent any information or data about its members.
After consulting profiles, clients may contact merchants (hereinafter called “Skillers”) they have selected.
Wooskill provides clients and Skillers with a secure messaging system. Messages sent via this tool must not contain contact information to reach the client or Skiller other than via the contact methods provided by the Wooskill platform, i.e., no phone number, email address, or postal address.
Data collected
By using our Platform, you provide us information, some of which can identify you (“Personal Data”). This happens when you fill forms (e.g., registration form), contact another Wooskill member, contact us by phone, email or other means, or report an issue.

If you connect to our services using the social network features made available to you, Wooskill will have access to certain data (including first name(s), last name(s), photograph, email address, and number of Facebook friends) from your account on the said social network in accordance with the general terms of use of the concerned social network. We may also collect some of your Personal Data when you interact with features of these social networks, such as the “Like” feature.
We also collect information about your use of our Platform (such as the number of service offers posted, your registration date, your average received reviews, etc.) which may be displayed on your public profile.

Who are the recipients of the information we collect and why do we share this information with them?
In the context of using our services, some of your information is transmitted to other members of our community through your public profile or as part of the booking process.
We also work closely with third-party companies that may have access to your Personal Data, including social media platforms that may offer you features allowing you to integrate information from your account on their own platform into your Wooskill profile; subcontractors we use for technical services, payment services, identity verification, or analytics solution providers.
We publish the reviews you write as part of our review system on our Platform. These reviews, which include your first name and your photograph, are visible to all visitors to our Platforms.
In the event that we sell or acquire a company or assets, we reserve the right to share your Personal Data with the potential seller or buyer of this company or these assets.
If Wooskill or all or part of its assets are acquired by a third party, the data in our possession will, where applicable, be transferred to the new owner.
In accordance with applicable law and with your consent when required, we may aggregate data concerning you that we receive or send to our business partners, including all or part of your Personal Data and information collected through cookies. These aggregated data will only be used for the purposes described above.
We draw your attention to the fact that if you decide to allow us to access some of your information, including your Personal Data, through connection services provided by our business partners, their privacy policies also apply to you. We have no control over the collection or processing of your data implemented by our business partners on their own platform.
You authorize us to use your name, profile picture, and content as part of commercial, sponsored, or associated content that we distribute or improve.
Data related to Google Calendar is only shared with Google to enable synchronization between Wooskill and Google calendars. No third party can access this data. They are stored securely and encrypted and are deleted upon user request or upon deletion of their account.
We do not transmit your content or information for resale to any third-party company.
Message Moderation
We may access messages you exchange with other members of our community via our Platform notably for fraud prevention, service improvement, user support, verification of members' compliance with contracts concluded with us, including our Terms of Use. For example, to prevent a member from circumventing our online booking system, we authorize ourselves to scan and analyze messages exchanged on our Platform to ensure they do not contain any contact details or references to other websites.
We never access your communications with other members for promotional or advertising targeting purposes.
Targeted advertising, emails, and SMS
In accordance with applicable law and with your consent when required, we may use the data you provide on our Platform for commercial prospecting purposes (for example, to (i) send you newsletters, (ii) invite you to our events or any other communication that may interest you, and (iii) display targeted ads on social media platforms or third-party sites).
Regarding promotional emails: you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in each of our communications or by contacting us at contact@wooskill.com.
Regarding targeted advertising on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter): you can object at any time to this processing by configuring the advertising settings.
Data Security and Confidentiality
Generally, we store your Personal Data within the European Union. However, as some of our service providers may be located in countries outside the European Union (“Third Countries”), we transfer some of your Personal Data to Third Countries. This may include countries for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision. In such cases, we ensure that this transfer is carried out in compliance with applicable regulations and guarantees a sufficient level of privacy and fundamental rights protection (notably through the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

Furthermore, to guarantee their security and confidentiality, Personal Data collected by Wooskill is protected by database encryption.
User rights regarding their data

You can modify, delete, and access your Data directly via your Wooskill Account. Any deletion made via your Wooskill Account will generally result in the deletion of your Data within one month. If Wooskill is unable to delete your Data within one month, Wooskill will notify you and delete your Data within a maximum of two (2) additional months.
To exercise any of the aforementioned rights or for any questions you may have, you can contact Wooskill.
In accordance with applicable legislation, requests to exercise rights must provide sufficient information for Wooskill to verify the identity of the concerned persons, to ensure that the requestors are the concerned persons or those authorized by them. Upon receipt of a request, Wooskill determines its admissibility in accordance with applicable regulations.
Confidentiality of your password
You are responsible for the confidentiality of the password you have chosen to access your account on our Platforms.
You agree to keep this password secret and not to disclose it to anyone.
Telemarketing
In accordance with Article 223-2 of the Consumer Code, both customers and Wooskill skillers can register on a do-not-call list for telemarketing.

Our Platform may occasionally contain links to websites of our partners or third-party companies. Please note that these websites have their own privacy policies, and we disclaim all responsibility for the use made by these sites of the information collected when you click on these links. We invite you to review the privacy policies of these sites before sharing your Personal Data with them.

Dispute
