La mia storia
Diététicienne depuis 18 ans, j'ai toujours été convaincue de l'importance d'allier alimentation santé et alimentation plaisir ! Mes expériences hospitalières comme libérales ont forgées mes compétences pour vous conseiller dans tout type de problème (surpoids, troubles du comportement alimentaire, dénutrition , diabète...). Persuadée que la gestion des émotions cause bien souvent des kilos non souhaités, je me suis formée a la sophrologie et je me forme en continu pour vous proposer une approche comportementale. Associée a des astuces pratiques pour votre quotidien, c'est la clé du mieux être !
